Role and Responsibilities

As a Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representative at Attic Projects, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners in our work areas to generate more leads for the Attic & crawl space services we offer.

You will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm, effectively communicating our value proposition and building rapport with potential customers.

What you will do…

  • Start in the branch office in the morning, meeting with managers to provide key updates from the previous day.
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Engage with homeowners to educate them about Attic Projects' services and assess their needs.
  • Collect accurate information from interested homeowners and request scheduling for follow-up by our sales team.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.



Qualifications

You must have…

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in canvassing, lead generation, or door-to-door sales within the home improvement industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A strong customer service spirit, coupled with patience and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively

Job Details

Type: Fulltime, onsite (Not a Remote position)

Time: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 7pm
