Job Title: Field Sales Representative - On-Premise and Independent Liquor Stores

At OPEN Brewing, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the on-premise and independent liquor store sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Presence: Spend at least 70% of your time in the field, building and nurturing relationships with on-premise bars and independent liquor stores.
  • Sales and Distribution: Secure new placements and manage the ongoing requirements of existing accounts, with a focus on expanding OPEN's market share.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent OPEN's values and ethos in every interaction, serving as a brand ambassador and educating partners and consumers about our products.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
Requirements:
  • 3 years proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Passionate about community, and inclusivity, with alignment to OPEN's brand values.
  • Must be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary Range: $60k annually.
