LOCATION:Burbank, CA


PAY RANGE:$25 - $30/hr(Up to $35/hr with proper experience)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engaging in all facets of the intake process from initial inquiry to client retention
  • Answering inbound phone calls from prospective clients while providing stella customer service
  • Performing unbiasedscreening to gather facts and assess the strength and weakness of potential cases
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating execution of the retainer packages
  • Obtaining evidencefrom prospective clients in regal time, including paystubs, communications and other relevantdocuments
  • Computer and typing literacy, as the candidate will be utilizing a user friendlycase management intake software
