Role Overview:
As a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Associate at TorkLaw, you will be instrumental in managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims.

You will collaborate closely with fellow attorneys to devise case strategies, perform legal research, and lead case management teams in effectively representing our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Litigation Associate, you will oversee all aspects of pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
- Conducting comprehensive case investigations to ascertain liability and damages.
- Drafting and filing necessary legal documents for pre-litigation.

Requirements:
- Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in the state.
- 2+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on Pre-Litigation.
- Excellent knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, focusing on achieving positive outcomes.
- Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
