Contributes to the research, design, and development of embedded computer systems software in collaboration with hardware product development. The duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to modification at management's discretion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Enhance software quality as instructed by management.

- Assess software requirements, considering feasibility within specified time and budget constraints, under the guidance of Engineering Management.

- Collaborate with hardware engineers and other team members to assess hardware-software interfaces and system operational/performance requirements as directed by Engineering Management.

- Draft software requirements specifications, test procedures, and related documentation as directed by Engineering Management.

- Develop software solutions that align with or surpass product software requirements.

- Manage the software release process and installation procedures.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Years of Experience in Software Engineering: minimum 5 years
