Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and explaining insurance options to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business through referrals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, applications, and forms.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Licensing: Active state insurance license required. Property, Casualty and Life licenses are required.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is required.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to identify insurance needs and risk profiles.
- Design and customize insurance policies that align with clients' unique requirements and financial goals.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of insurance terms, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
