Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.


  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs within budgetary constraints.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary actions as needed.


  • Guest Experience:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, both in-person and online.


  • Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
