Job Summary:


As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales within the Connecticut area. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation through various channels, actively engaging with potential clients, and traveling within the designated sales territory to build relationships and secure sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques to expand our client base.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that address their requirements effectively.
  • Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
  • Travel: Travel within the Connecticut area to meet with clients, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and build strong business relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and provide regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel within the Connecticut area to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
