Our ideal candidate will have a prior hospitality background and at least two years of team management experience.   • Evaluate front-office team members' performance while also hiring, training, encouraging teamwork, and setting a high level of customer service standards
  • Establish and develop the guest service department's financial and operational plans, and make sure they are in line with the hotel's long-term and short-term objectives
  • Address all guest complaints, concerns, or incidents in a polite, timely, and responsive manner
  • Increase occupancy and profitability by developing and promoting hotel services and amenities through up-selling strategies
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the whole front office activities
Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or customer service capacity
  • 3 years of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
