Hotel Receptionist

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Hotel Receptionist for our location in Schaumburg, IL 60173.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
• Register guest by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys.
• Convey information to guest by receiving/transmitting messages, mail, packages, etc.
• Provide concierge duties to guest by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services guest may require, such as entertainment, business, shopping, and travel.
• Maintain records by entering room and guest account data.
• Makes hotel and other reservations by checking availability and confirming requirements.
• Use customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport and projects professional tone.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:

Monday – Sunday (2 days off in between, weekly schedule will be provided by supervisor / Weekends are mandatory)

2 Shifts Available:

3:00P.M. - 11:00P.M.

11:00P.M. - 7:00A.M.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

$18.00/Hr.

Biweekly pay

Requirements:

- Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.

- Being Bilingual it's a plus ( English & Spanish Speaker)

- Must have a flexible schedule.

- Have customer service experience.

- Have good communication skills.

- Background check and drug test will be conducted.

- Have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

- Must be able to start working as soon as possible.
