We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our Multi-Family Team in Knoxville, TN. We are a fast-paced - dynamic construction company headquartered in Columbus, OH with an AAA+ Better Business Bureau Accreditation. We have the infrastructure, marketing, and manpower, along with new technologies to set you apart from your competition. We have an existing book of business and leads.
You must possess the following:
- Sales Oriented/Sales Driven, Respectful, Personable, Confident, Dedicated to Customer Service, and a High Achiever is a MUST
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, ability to work independently with integrity and honesty, ability to work with others
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Generate leads, Face-to-Face customer interaction, One-on-One, and Group Sales
- Soft Sales, No Hard Closes, and No Charge Backs
- Physically fit – able to inspect roofs and climb and carry ladders– with no fear of heights
- Dependable, current transportation
- Character, Team Mentality, and a Strong Moral Compass is required
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Previous Business to Business sales experience
- Communication both verbal and written and Organizational skills
- Property Management Relationships
Some, but not all, duties will include:
• Business Development / Lead Generation
• Account Management
• Manage and schedule incoming leads
• Help prepare and submit proposals
• Determine customer timeline, budgets, and desired outcome
• Obtain licenses to fly Drone and utilize Drone in estimating process
Employer will provide:
A sound business model and work environment where you treat people like you want to be treated, Office support, technical support, Marketing Materials, and Hands-on training.
Work Location:
- 60% field, 30% office, with 10% possible travel
