Our internships offer immediate hands-on construction experience. But it’s not just about work: here, you’ll immerse yourself in a culture of collaboration where passion aligns with purpose and where you become a pivotal chapter in our story.


As a Construction Management Intern, your days will be spent:

  • Performing basic technical and engineering support duties as they relate to a highway or bridge project development effort as part of an engineering team
  • Performing basic construction inspection, quantity measurement and computation, basic materials documentation and composition of Inspector Daily Reports
  • Applying basic engineering standards to complete and/or check field computations and calculations
  • Developing a basic comprehension of highway plans and specifications
  • Assisting with CAD work or project estimations

To excel from day one, you’ll need:

  • To be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, organized, monitors own work to ensure quality, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to concentrate on complex problems for extended periods of time
  • A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle for travel between jobsites
  • To be able to physically perform work in the field
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
