Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Tumeq LLC. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
