We are currently seeking a passionate Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our team in Southern California. In this role, you’ll travel throughout the region, building and nurturing relationships within our communities, with prospects, and with those inquiring about our services. Your efforts will be key to maintaining and boosting our occupancy levels.
Location: Southern California – Extensive travel within the region is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Share Agemark’s story and build strong relationships using your sales and business development experience in healthcare, senior living, or geriatrics.
- Sales Support: Provide on-site sales training, coaching, and mentoring to current Senior Living Sales Consultants. Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) to manage and support on-site sales teams.
- Occupancy Management: Help achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through targeted marketing, public relations, sales activities, and exceptional resident services.
- Lead Management: Utilize our lead tracking system to manage all prospect and referral source contacts effectively.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to build trust and generate inquiries.
- Prospect Interaction: Conduct follow-up calls, tours, and assist prospective families throughout the move-in process.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans, adjusting quarterly to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with other leadership team members to ensure a cohesive sales process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven sales and business development experience in healthcare, senior living, or geriatrics.
- Education: An Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, quick learner, problem solver with a competitive drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively throughout Southern California.
- Availability: Flexibility to respond to inquiries and conduct tours up to 7 pm during the week and specific times on weekends.
