Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to Marketing Manager, will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. This position will be working alongside with Marketing Manager for a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator will be representing Gallant Commercial at industry and internal events with professional and will have a proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties and Functions
  • Maintain marketing plan, including goals, objectives, action plans and schedule
  • Create collateral materials development (print/electronic), public relations, advertising, client satisfaction, special events and marketing communication activities
  • Plan and schedule marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met
  • Develop progress photography for ongoing projects at job sites
  • Matterport (Virtual Videography) at job sites when needed
  • Assist with maintenance of employee resumes, project descriptions up to date
  • Execute social media information with Marketing Manager and have material ready ahead of time
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
  • Lead drone for videography purposes
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Assist with company events
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes
  • Assist with market research- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors. This helps in making informed decisions regarding marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Assist team with RFP support by putting together package, powerpoint, and printing material (when required).
