Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Litigation Media Specialist works directly with litigation attorneys to develop and execute on-time media assets pertaining to active litigation cases. They assist with technical and media support tasks in-house and outside of the firm (ie. trial) as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop media graphics, illustrations, video, and other trial necessary designs.
  • E-mail, review, and update any media content as request by attorneys.
  • Perform electronic data entry tasks via Firm filing software and apps.
  • Save documents in accordance with standardized naming conventions.
  • Assist attorneys with courtroom tech setup and media production for trials.
  • Attend meetings and note all and upcoming media design requests.
  • Communicate with various outside art/print vendors regarding demonstrative aids and design needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required on a case-by-case and workday basis.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
  • High school/GED diploma required.
  • Experience with Windows & Apple OS Systems.
  • Technologically Proficient when using Microsoft, Apple, & other key software applications
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues for equipment used.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and efficiently.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload.
  • Possess exceptional written skills.
  • Team-oriented.
