We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant and sales support. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to both current and prospective customers who are seeking insurance quotes and assistance while also supporting the insurance agency in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the insurance industry while contributing to the success of our agency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

Proactively reach out to current customers to review their insurance policies and provide quotes for additional coverage options.

Contact prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the agency's services and products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, insurance quotes, and sales activities in the agency's database.

Prepare reports summarizing sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and marketing performance.

Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including processing insurance applications, updating customer information, and handling inquiries.


Requirements

Previous experience not required.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.

Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
