Position Summary
The Service Parts Administrator will provide administrative support to the Service Parts Supervisor and other members of the Service team.
Position Responsibilities
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Data entry as needed
- Creating and/or checking sales orders ensuring accuracy of sales orders and POs.
- Enter and complete part transfers from warehouse to warehouse
- Assist with inventory entry and/or cycle counts
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
- High school diploma required
- At least two years of related experience
