Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set Must be willing to obtain your 4-40 Insurance license (licensing fee reimbursed after 30 days with agency).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

As an Agent Team Sales Producer, you will receive:

  • Hourly pay
  • plus commission/bonus
  • 401k (after 1 year of service), 3% match

Requirements:

  • 440 Customer Service License (must be able to obtain)
