We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in outside sales and a deep understanding of the energy industry are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their energy requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of energy solutions and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
