Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their energy requirements and providing customized solutions.
- Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of energy solutions and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
