Universal Energy Solutions, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales and Advertising Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Sales and Advertising Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and advertising efforts to promote our innovative energy solutions to potential clients.

As a Sales and Advertising Representative, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies that increase market share and drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique energy needs, and present tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as commercial sales, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote our energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Create captivating content for advertisements and marketing materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, advertising, or marketing, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong creativity and ability to develop compelling advertising campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advertising software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
