Qualifications:

  2. Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, including use of financial software like QuickBooks Online.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Passion for the mission and work of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts receivable using inSync, CDS/EBS, and insurance portals.
  2. Submit timely and accurate billing claims for all programs.
  3. Follow up and ensure timely and accurate payments are received.
  4. Monitor insurance eligibility and ensure billing systems are up to date.
  5. Determine copays and deductible payments to be made. 
  6. Ensure compliance with the No Surprises Act.
  7. Conduct credentialing and recredentialing activities for providers.
  8. Other tasks as directed.
