Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable using QuickBooks Online and Ramp.
  • Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox.  Work through and respond to inquiries and resolve questions/issues promptly.
  • Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
  • Analyze workflow processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Process due invoices for payments.
  • Order office supplies and household items for all programs.
  • Prepare vendor reconciliations, identifying and reporting any applicable issues.
  • Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
  • Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial systems.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.
  • Other tasks as directed.
