Priceless Home Improvements, LLC, a locally owned and operated full-service roofing company dedicated to unsurpassed customer service for our commercial and residential customers, is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team
You will attract new clients, build rapport with new and existing customers, negotiate deals with needs-based solutions, and create sales reports to track your success. Ideal candidates have an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, a strong desire to close deals, and thrive with autonomy while being part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory (50 miles max, typically within 10-20 miles)
  • Implement effective sales strategy to meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Conduct inspections and convert to claims filed with signed scope of work summary and contract
  • Meet with insurance adjustors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED Required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Drivers license and reliable working vehicle (truck preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A positive attitude and ability to provide value
  • Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders to conduct inspections
