Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inquiries from prospective buyers via telephone, email, or text with the utmost level of customer service
  • Guide potential buyers in drafting and executing offers in a timely and seamless fashion
  • Assist customers in refining their list of desired property characteristics and identifying additional homes to view
  • Schedule appointments with buyer customers, listing agents, and home sellers promptly
  • Attend onsite visits with clients and vendors to ensure a successful process
Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in time management and organization
  • Flexible availability to accommodate varying work schedules
