Our company is hiring top-producing agents. We offer a more predictable income, with the opportunity for growth. We welcome anyone seeking to boost production and achieve greater success. Whether you have 15 days or 15 years of experience, if you possess the capacity to handle a high volume of business, we are the ideal destination for you. 


Our agents consistently open 2-3 transactions per month within their first 60 days, leveraging the leads we provide as a part of our comprehensive support system. We love helping clients, but we know that having a stable career in real estate is key to happiness.

Compensation:

$111,500 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries from prospective clients using the recommended script and schedule showings of properties.
  • Represent buyers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate the terms of purchase agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Perform market analysis to establish accurate property values and guide pricing strategies.
  • Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Remain available to clients for any questions or concerns throughout the transaction.
  • Manage and update pertinent data in all applicable systems, CRMs, and platforms.
  • Utilize diligence at every step of the process to provide exceptional service and achieve success.
  • Promptly contact the assigned leads and make multiple attempts to reach them.
  • Follow up with leads based on their status using the team's CRM system.



Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Real Estate license in compliance with IN requirements.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation to property showings and meetings.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, but we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems, online platforms, and digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals.
  • Ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations.
