Position Overview:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the B2B sales team to surpass targets while upholding the company's high standards of customer service. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing sales strategies, streamlining processes, and propelling revenue growth. This role offers a competitive base salary, with substantial earning potential through commissions, and is based in the Seattle, WA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and processes to fuel business growth.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, with commissions leading to an expected OTE of $175,000.
