The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed goals. This role will manage the sales team including hiring, training, development, driving GTM strategy as well as all sales operations.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Drive value proposition, GTM strategy, and playbook
  • Drive Nuvem’s full suite offering along with core solutions
  • Training, coaching, and motivating the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes such as marketing, CP sales, PM, OB&A etc.
  • Manage all aspects of pipeline management
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design, Implement, and measure sales strategies
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of team (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
  • Salesforce accuracy is a must
  • Coach, mentor, develop and provide feedback to team members
  • Be a subject matter expert and closer for your team
  • Understand Nuvem’s brand and messaging to ensure maximum client revenue potential.
  • Coordinate with other internal members of the sales team to enhance cohesion, strategy, and performance.
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet company objectives, client satisfaction, and successful onboarding.
  • Understand our market (prospects, clients, competitors, and all stakeholders)
  • Manage onboarding success of ACV to realized revenue
  • Foster the core competencies of the sales team

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with 5 years within a sales leadership role.
  • Pharmacy Management or 340B experience, preferred.
