3. Provide direct resident care and reports condition and changes to the nurse.

4. Demonstrate a knowing of each tenant/client assigned to their care from a whole person perspective, including likes and dislikes, and integrates this awareness into the service provided: person-centered care.

5. Perform or assist with general care and service needs as assigned, which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinent care, mobility and feeding according to a plan of care established by an RN as well as meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, pet care, leading recreational activities, etc.

6. Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

7. Document results of client/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.

8. Perform other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
