Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in scheduling, electronic billing, account receivables, dental insurance.
- Experience with dental management software. (Knowledge of CareStream SoftDent is a plus.)
- Excellent organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
- Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
- Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to front desk staff.
- Ensure efficient patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments.
- Implement effective management of insurance verification and claims submissions.
- Organize and present payment schedules with patients.
- Organize and oversee supply purchases and equipment upgrades.
