Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Architecture.
  • Design and architect B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms.
  • Provide architectural support for web stores.
  • Handle object-oriented analysis, design, and Java/J2EE design patterns.
  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into candidate system architectures.
  • Ensure solutions meet security and high availability requirements.
  • Understand and apply both Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes.
  • Collaborate and communicate with various teams including Order Management, Mobile, Application, Infrastructure, and Finance.
  • Triage issues across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead teams in designing and building internal, customer, and prospect sites.
  • Ensure best practices in design, usability, SEO, and UI are incorporated.
  • Assess and review activities and deliverables of both on-shore and off-shore resources.
  • Liaise between clients, management, and suppliers.
  • Gain trust through clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in eCommerce application architecture and integration development.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, and Java/J2EE design patterns.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to transform complex business requirements into effective system architectures.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and user interface design.
  • Experience in working with both on-shore and off-shore teams.
  • Strong understanding of security and high availability requirements in system architectures.
