RIC Energy is looking for a motivated and talented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations team. As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at RIC Energy. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to the success of the platform, therefore the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.


We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.


Key Responsibilities:


· Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

· Sandbox environment management

· DevOps/release management experience

· Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

· Analyze key data/metrics and develop reports and dashboards

· Identify unused or underutilized platform features

· Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

· Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

· Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

· User support tickets

· Monitor and improve user adoption

· New user and ongoing user training

· Technical documentation

· Management of integrated applications

· Master Data and Data Quality management

· Work with senior management in multiple departments to establish a framework for data governance

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to be part of a fast-paced and fluid company poised for growth in one of the most rapidly changing industries. Candidate must be business-oriented, organized, an effective communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work effectively both internally and externally. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance are essential.


· Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience

· Certified Salesforce Administrator

· Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder

· A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

· Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team

· Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree preferred


Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $90k - $120k
