LINE COOK

The Aielli Group is looking for an experienced line cook to be part of our Naples team. The line cook will prepare food according to recipes, quality, presentation, and garnishing standards.

To be a successful line cook, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness of food preparation.
  • Follow established recipe guidelines; ensuring the presentation, portion and use of garnishes are properly utilized.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and standards by memory.
  • Follow and adhere to proper food handling procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation, and prevention of cross-contamination.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
  • Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Line cook experience.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
