Consistent with that growth, we are hiring for our Fulfillment Supervisor position. This role will oversee all packaging and fulfillment activities. This role will also oversee warehouse operations. If you love managing people and processes then we want to talk to you

Duties:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of associates to ensure efficient work and 100% adherence to company processes
  • Coach, train and develop new employees
  • Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks
  • Manage temporary workers, as needed
  • Ongoing evaluation of all processes and suggest improvements
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
  • Manage warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Perform ongoing cycle counts
  • Train and follow up with employees on fulfillment processes to ensure all orders ship correctly and on time
  • Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years supervising a team
  • A strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Great computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fulfillment center environment that may be noisy, walking and standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50lbs, bending and using mechanical equipment as needed
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts as the business demands, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is not required, but a big plus
