THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


SweatWorks is hiring a Product Manager who is passionate about building hardware and software products which clients and users will love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver leading edge products for our high profile clients in the fitness industry.

This is a full-time, remote position with the ability to work anywhere in the US (during EST hours).  Some domestic and international travel may be needed depending on specific project requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for SweatWorks clients and prospects throughout the project lifecycle, from pitch to post-implementation support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SweatWorks clients and prospects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial pitch to post-implementation support.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative health, fitness, and well-being products tailored for SweatWorks clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s vision, strategy, and business objectives, translating these into an effective product vision,  roadmap and requirements. 
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including RFP/proposal preparation and facilitation of client discovery workshops, hands-on labs, and small group sessions to identify business and user needs.
  • Gather and document requirements and detailed specifications, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product development roadmaps.
  • Maintain and prioritize a feature backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure customer agreements are executed and updated according to project needs.
  • Drive execution against the plan in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams, making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs and risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction with SweatWorks services, maintaining positive CSAT and NPS scores throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Bridge technical, business, and creative worlds by engaging with matrixed teams, including UX/UI design, development, quality assurance, copywriting, legal, risk, and compliance, fostering a collaborative environment while maximizing business returns.
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction as needed.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the SweatWorks product knowledge base.



Y0UR SKILLS

WHAT WE REQUIRE

 

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • Over 5 years of experience in hardware and software product management, with a proven track record of business growth through product innovation, extension, and market-specific localization
  • Demonstrated experience in creating seamless customer journeys using design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes
  • Experience using collaborative design tools such as Figma
  • Strategic thinking abilities, quick learning skills, effective prioritization, and success in fast-paced, uncertain environments while maintaining autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to tell compelling stories using data
  • Excellent project management skills, including defining scope, communicating with stakeholders, managing risk, and executing effectively
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence customer engagement at all levels
