What youll do:
- Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs/strengths of each child
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and expectations of clients/stakeholders
- Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, current technician teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards
- Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Experience Needed:
- Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
- Proficiency with Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
- Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
