Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Traveling territory (by car) can include Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication: active communication skills are desired as you will be operating your own route and working with customers, team members, and managers
- Time Management: Ability to manage schedules, shows, customer availability, drive times, etc.
- Customer Success: build relationships with customers, provide solutions to address their problems and concerns in a sustainable and long-term manner, and generate new leads for the company
- Ability to cross-sell/solution: while you are fulfilling your scheduled services, you will be identifying new sales opportunities, upselling, and generating new leads
- Service and grow existing territory account base by planning and organizing daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule
- Develop new customers by researching market segments, identifying target customers, and cultivating new relationships
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses utilizing internal systems
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Bonus: Knowledge of purchasing coins, precious metals, and jewelry is a plus
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
- Based out of Dallas, TX
- 3 + years of Sales Experience
- 1+ year of outside sales experience a plus
- Valid drivers license/clean driving record
- Must have a reliable car to travel to events
- Weekend availability is required and critical for the success of the industry
