Bienvenido Causa

Causa is a Peruvian Fine Dining destination from Chef Carlos Delgado, and Glendon Hartley and Chad Spangler from Service bar. Causa will feature fresh ceviche, whole fish preparations, wood grilled anticucho, and an exploration of Peruvian coastal and Andes cuisine.

Find refreshment in an extensive cocktail list, sample from one of America's largest pisco libraries, or enjoy a respectable menu of fun natural South American wines.

We are looking looking for Kitchen staff to join our team. We are located at 920 Blagden Alley NW. Hourly rates are between $19- $24 per hour based open experience.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities: (Varies per position)

Qualifications:

. Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

. Cultivating a warm and welcoming environment for guests or future patrons.

. Able to multitask efficiently.

. Strong organizational and motivational skills.

. Experience in casual/upscale restaurant settings is a plus.

. Able to perform side-work to set the restaurant for success before and after every shift.

. Friendly and outgoing personality.

. Spanish comprehension/fluency is preferred.

Causa es un destino de alta cocina peruana del chef Carlos Delgado, y Glendon Hartley y Chad Spangler de "Service Bar". Causa contará con ceviche fresco, preparaciones de pescado entero, anticucho a la parrilla de leña y una exploración de la cocina de la costa peruana y de los Andes.

Buscamos Personal de Cocina para unirse a nuestro equipo. Estamos ubicados en 920 Blagden Alley NW. Pago por hora van desde $19 a $24 dependiendo de la experiencia.

Nuestro candidato ideal es emprendedor, motivado y confiable.
