We are looking for a Manager specializing in Data Strategy and Analytics to play a pivotal role in harnessing and optimizing our data assets to drive strategic decision-making and product innovation.

This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of data nuances and the ability to connect data insights with real-world business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key datasets to identify patterns and recommendations to use in our business applications.
  • Evaluate the confidence levels of data and its implications for strategies and business operations.
  • Translate complex data findings into practical solutions and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to apply data insights to enhance product offerings and improve business operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to enhance data acquisition, organization, and utilization.
  • Oversee the structure and maintenance of data stored in Redshift, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a role focused on data strategy, analytics and/or business intelligence.
  • Experience working in a marketplace environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in database management and querying.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, perform regressions, and use visualization tools.
  • Experience with Redshift or similar data warehousing solutions.
  • High energy, genuine curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage upward.
  • Experience in startup environments and demonstrated success in delivering data-centric products.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, connect the dots between data insights and business needs, and drive decision-making.
