Job Summary

The Analytics Manager role at Integral Care involves driving improvements in client health and wellness through data analysis. This position requires advanced data analytical support, with a focus on evaluating outcomes and developing strategies for healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing data research, analysis, and reporting functions to support program investigations, evaluations, and audits. The Analytics Manager will collaborate with decision-makers to define projects and reporting systems and prepare reports containing sophisticated analyses of service and outcomes data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides advanced technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Serves as the lead developer for agency-wide reporting solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal and external clients to determine user requirements.
  • Retrieves and compiles relevant data, and analyzes data using established statistical tools, methods, and techniques.
  • Identifies data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies by analyzing the content, structure, and relationships within data.
  • Prepares concise reports to present and interpret data.
  • Assists in defining, developing, and implementing data standards.
  • Assists with developing software applications or programming to use for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy Analysis, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics or evaluation.
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
