Job Responsibilities:

· Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via phone, email, and other communication methods.

· Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

· Record all transactions in the accounting system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

· Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to internal stakeholders.

· Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

· Assist in analyzing and identifying trends in customer payment behavior.

· Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure payments are applied correctly.

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

· Experience with business-to-business collections

· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
