Job Summary

Are you an early bird on the hunt for a fun job? Then you just might be the person we are looking for to join our Oh My Cupcakes ?Magical Cupcake Kitchen? team.

This full-time position will work 5 days per week, from 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Part time is available as well)

We are looking for someone who is kind, has integrity, and is ready to learn something new.

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Cupcake Ninja)

Pay: $14 - $17.50 Based on Experience.

Hours: Spending time with friends and family is important to us. We are closed every Sunday Regular hours are: 4 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. OR 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Need to be able to work 5 days a week, expect to work at least every other Saturday (Full Time).

Job Description: This position helps with creating batters, buttercreams, fillings, toppings, etc. to ensure we have enough product for the week. You will also be trained to decorate and help monitor cupcakes sold in our display case. Paying attention to details when filling orders, great communication skills, and being a strong team member are a must as well.

The Kitchen Cupcake Ninja knows their attention to detail will set up the rest of the week for success and that their best efforts will become artwork displayed for our guests.

Additional Duties

  • Do a monthly scorecard check-in with the Kitchen Manager.
  • Consistently complete weekly personal/professional development training as assigned.
  • Attend core team and kitchen meetings as needed to align strategies.
  • Be willing to answer the phone when needed.
