As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.
Your New Role:
- Inventory control; Accurately receiving daily vendor parts orders. Pulling, organizing and correctly distributing new customer parts orders and service orders. Validating all received and pulled counts.
- Restocking and maintaining visual displays both in retail store area and in stock room.
- Performing inventory cycle counts.
- Maintaining work area and stock room in a neat and orderly manner.
- Answering customer phone calls and assisting in-store customers when needed. Identify, source, and invoice needed parts and products.
- Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience working with a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience working with inventory control.
- Previous automotive or dealer product support.
- Customer service experience; in-person and over the phone.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A willingness to learn and be trained.
- You must be dependable with the ability to manage time and attendance.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
