We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Assistant Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Assistant Specialist will assist our current marketing specialist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data and trends, and supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities in collaborating with our Marketing Specialist:**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

- Deliver needed materials to offices 

- Collaborate in organizing open houses, happy hours, and luncheons

**Qualifications:**
- Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
