Pay Scale: Based Upon Experience + Benefits


Position Summary: Install and or Service residential heating and air conditioning systems , to company standards or above providing the customer with an exceptional experience. Supervise the performance of other installers while maintaining superior quality and efficient job performance.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Executing quality HVAC installs: Air Handlers, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits etc. And/or executing successful diagnosis and repairs of HVAC Equipment etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manage project schedules and scopes of work
  • Stay organized and have the ability to keep track of tools and supplies
  • Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process
  • Provide owner training upon start-up
