Position Overview

As an HVAC Installer with Craftsmen Resources, you will participate in a variety of construction projects that encompass residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 3:30 PM, although some projects may necessitate overtime or a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout, assemble, and install a diverse range of sheet metal duct systems, including square, rectangular, round, and spiral configurations.
  • Possess experience with flexible and fabric duct systems.
  • Utilize mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other relevant tools in the field.
  • Install, test, diagnose, and repair mechanical and refrigeration systems, as well as their components and equipment, using appropriate testing instruments to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Train and guide HVAC apprentices in the installation of HVAC, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • 1-5+ years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical field.
  • The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
  • The capability to obtain an apprentice or journeyman's license from the state licensing board.
