Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours/ per week

Location: In office position. Beddy’s offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201 South Jordan, UT 84009. Must live in Utah

Pay: Dependent upon experience


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Researching, writing, and editing content for user interfaces, as well as coordinating changes with other staff members 
  • Writing, Proofreading and editing copy
  • Creating the brand voice through words
  • Writing and implementing site content crafted for SEO
  • Researching user preferences and trends
  • Conducting A/B testing on copy
  • Creating solutions based on user feedback, usability testing and metrics
  • Creating and improving the website customer journey 
  • Oversight and responsibility of SEO on all platforms 
  • Manage and implementing all aspects of evergreen content and hero campaigns that promote company/brand growth from ideation through execution and implementation
  • Responsible for developing, researching, and creating scripts for various advertising channels, including podcasts
  • Writing print ads, online ads, brochures, and commercial scripts for a variety of ads
  • Researching, writing, editing, publishing, and promoting blog content
  • Track, analyze and report performance and provide insights and strategies for growth and improvement
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
  • Create strong relationships with outside business partners
  • Work cross-functionally to drive campaign success 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must
  • 5+ years digital experience with online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Must know how to perform keyword research, content creation, and technical audits in order to improve organic search results
  • Experience scaling marketing programs and campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze digital marketing data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and how to optimize to drive performance across various channels
  • Exceptional understanding of the marketing ecosystem
  • Excellent writer, communicator, and creative thinker
  • Ability to communicate well and put ideas into written words
  • Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Creativity and the ability to switch to different voices
  • Familiarity with design and software
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work well with other team members, be a team player with the confidence to take the lead, and guide other employees when necessary
