Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
  • Collections Strategy: Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, sales, and operations teams. Address customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline collections procedures, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate reports on collection progress, aging accounts, and key performance indicators. Present findings to senior management.
  • Payment Negotiations: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, balancing company interests and maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant collections or accounts receivables experience.
  • Credit Procedures: Familiarity with credit procedures and risk management.
  • Software Skills: Experience with Acumatica preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
