Hearing Health Center, a privately-owned independent Audiology practice with multiple locations in the Chicagoland area, is seeking a front office employee to add to our Highland Park, IL team. We have been helping our community since 1984, and we are passionate about reconnecting people to the sounds of life. We offer the latest in hearing healthcare technology while providing the best experience for our patients. At the Hearing Health Center, we work closely with every major manufacturer, allowing our practice to be on the cutting edge of technology and advancement. The ideal candidate will be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and is willing to go above and beyond for their teammates and the patients they serve.

Main Job Functions:

  • Employ best practices to provide exceptional patient care
  • Manage all aspects of scheduling through the designated OMS
  • Facilitate patient communication via phone and effectively handle telephone inquiries
  • Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service
  • Keep front office and waiting area clean and organized
  • Maintain patient records
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

You will need:

  • Education: Associate Degree (or higher)
  • 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a medical retail environment
  • Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to work well independently and be detail-oriented
  • Excellent people and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
