What we are looking for in you:

  • The ideal candidate will have a vision for the next stage of their career that involves driving complex product development through fusion of multidisciplinary teams and capabilities

  • Experience supporting and leading complex R&D/product development efforts; the ideal candidate will have experience supporting DOD/USG-sponsored efforts sponsored

  • Experience building and pitching research/product development programs to stakeholders including internal senior leadership and potential DOD/USG sponsors

  • Experience working with diverse teams; should possess comfort working with and trusting team members with different technical backgrounds and expertise

  • Capable and comfortable working both collaboratively in active team design sessions and in a self-driven, focused environment

  • A solid understanding of research and development environments matched with a pragmatic approach to problem solving - if you’re a “no” first individual, this position is not for you

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build consensus across a broad range of backgrounds and diverse personalities.
